RIAFG Area Meeting

* Motion to excepted minutes for September 2023 meeting carried.

* Guests at meeting: Sue P WSO Group Services Rep.
                               Sarha S. WSO Director of Programing

 * Discussion: 
         1. Sue P. outline upcooming schedule for Assembly workshops by WSO.
             There will be fellowship at Flo's Clam Shack at 4:00 followed by a 6:00 to 9:00 
             workshop at the YANA Club in Middletown. 
         2. WSO will present workshop Saturday morning after Assebly opening.
         3. There will be refreshments for Friday nights workshop.
         4. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.
        
Old Business: 
         1. Gail M. outlined Dec 2nd. Worshop at Butler Hospital.
         2. There was a discussion as to the hybrid virual part of program "open to public".
         3. Motion was made to let workshop organizers  plan hybrib condions. Motion carried.
 	          
*New Business: 
         1. Mackenzie has prepared "GSR Orienation Power Point Presentation
         2. Mackenzie requested to use Area's Zoom account. Request approved.
         3. This Power point will be have a link on the Area's website with date and times.
         4. Mckenzie will bring Flyer to Assembly.
