RI AFG Meeting

Attending: Terry, Wendy, Beth, Christine, Cindy, Kim and Dean

**Old Business:   1. Laptop and Internet update.  Dean reports the all in computer appears to have all
                                         that is needed to run at the office. Will need to have computer's 
                                         internal WFI updated. Dean and Kim will be fixing this.
                                         Terry to engage with Cox to set up service.
                                    2. Feedback from assembly:  We recieved alot of feedback as to "to much was foccused on Service"
                                         and " To much discussion budject" .
                                         There appears to be a lack of understanding as to what an assembly is about.  
                                         People saw it more as a "business" meeting.
                                         People liked the space at the venue. 
**New Business:   1. Service positions: remains an issue. Still many left. Need people who have the time
                                         to engage.
                                         Can we survive in R.I. : Discussed the questions to be answered.
                                          How would that come to be? Who would we reach out to ( Mass. CT )?  
                                          Agreed to explore options if  needed so to be informed in future.
                                      2.  Need new Assembly date: Carried to next meeting
                                      3.  Discusssion as to new Vitual meetings being assigned to exsisting Districts. cindy
                                           with be reaching out to them in regards to the new guidlines inplace.
                                      4.  Possible Thought force in future to explore RI having its own Zoom for the state.
